    The food here is soooooooo good !!! Their wide cold noodles were PHENOMENAL!! You dip them into a dashi broth with fresh squeezed lemon and it truly was Addicting I could eat them every day!! Literally everything I ate was super delicious and would eat here every day

    The staffs are friendly. The staff ask if you have any allergies. There is normally a wait to get seat however, we were able to be seated on a Sunday night. Order Pork Gyoza, Beef Niku Udon & Beef Kakitama Udon. The udon noodles were nice and had a chewy texture. Be careful eating it; it is hot! Would recommend coming here!     My coworkers and I ordered lunch from Udon lab. I ordered the Mentaiko cream hot udon. It was packaged well for delivery and was still hot when it arrived. The presentation was lovely. It was very creamy and delicious. The spicy cod roe sauce tastes like cod roe but not in a fishy way. It's very delicate. It's also not too spicy at all. After looking at the website and other reviews I would love to visit the restaurant for a dine in meal. The sign of a good restaurant is how much attention they also put into their delivery orders and Udon lab did a good job.
